WindowCraft provides custom window treatment services including design, fabrication, and installation of blinds, curtains, shades, and related products. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on information provided and site measurements taken at the time of consultation.
Orders become binding upon our written acceptance. Custom orders require a deposit before fabrication begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
WindowCraft provides professional measurement and installation services. You must provide access to the installation site at the scheduled time. If measurements were not taken by WindowCraft, we cannot guarantee proper fit of products.
Custom window treatments carry a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.
Our installation services are warranted for 2 years from the date of installation. This covers defects in workmanship but not damage caused by structural issues or external factors.

WindowCraft's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific products or services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
While we take care to protect your property during installation, you are responsible for removing fragile items and clearing the work area. We carry liability insurance for damage directly caused by our negligence.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of WindowCraft or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or supply chain interruptions.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ford County, Kansas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
